During my 16+ year career as the most inventive and unrivaled Defeasance Closer in the industry, I was fortunate to have worked with some of the smartest minds in Commercial Real Estate, while forging personal relationships with hundreds of amazing people that will last a lifetime.

While successfully orchestrating the securities execution and subsequent closing of thousands of CMBS/FHLMC defeasance loan (prepayment) transactions, I routinely observed opportunities where I could add value and enhance operations for existing Borrower/Owner Operators, Banking Institutions, and other Service Providers. While focusing exclusively as a defeasance consultant previously, I was limited in my ability to broaden the scope of my advisory role, but I am now embarking on a journey without boundaries or limitations. My knowledge and Creativity will provide innovative strategies and operational advancements, which will be critical to future successes in what is becoming a very fluid real estate environment. This hyper-focused approach will guarantee the success of my future partnerships during even the most volatile of real estate environments.
